Order activity for semiconductor equipment increased to 59 °F. Memory increased 2 °F while Discrete, Analog, and Other decreased 3 °F. While memory is improving, NAND remains under extreme pressure. Discrete, Analog, and Other decreased on the back of slowing demand in the Industrial and Automotive markets. The big news today is that the United States has implemented some additional restrictions on the export of advanced semiconductors to China.
