Semiconductor sales were up 3% last week but were down 9% from this time last year. Zooming in on Logic IC this week, the 13-week MA increased 1% last week; this is the first weekly increase for Logic since November 2022. TechInsights forecasts Logic IC sales will decrease 3% YoY to $270B in 2023.
Retail prices of electronics are turning down.
