The company is in the midst of a strategic shift, moving from a shipper of components to a holistic silicon, software, and engineering firm with generative AI at its very heart. But this isn’t a quick shift and the company appreciates it’ll take time to rekindle its spark. To take on NVIDIA, it has to slash prices to gain traction.
