Semiconductor sales fell 11% from this time in 2021. The IC weather warmed 0˚F in Cool conditions. Zooming in on Logic this week, the 13-wk MA decline is nearly 4%, making this the third week of negative growth. TechInsights forecast its sales will reach $266B in 2023 with a Y/Y decline of 5%, coming off an increase of 10% in 2022.
TechInsights’ IC Supply/Demand continued to loosen. Overall conditions held in tight. IDM and More Moore Foundry weakened, while OSAT tightened. Unchanged were Memory, More than Moore Foundry, Auto IC, Analog and Power.
Electronics’ Retail Prices have peaked before the holidays.
