This report provides a standard floorplan analysis of the ISP die from the Samsung JNP, which has been extracted from the Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro front-facing selfie camera. The JNP sensor is a 1/2.76" optical format, 50MP resolution, stacked back-illuminated (BI) ISOCELL CMOS image sensor (CIS) with a 0.64 µm pixel pitch and characterized by a multi-layered metaphotonic nanopillar structure.
