H1 2025 ADAS Mandate NCAP Tracker details new C-NAP & Euro-NCAP incentives for DMS, CPD, seatbelt alerts & rising demand for capacitive seat sensors.
Since November 2024, further announcements have been made by C-NAP (China) and Euro-NCAP (New Car Assessment Program) to incentivize the fitment of driver monitoring systems (DMS) and child presence detection (CPD) systems, as well as ensuring the correct wearing of seat belts by occupants that will also likely see an increase in the demand for electric field mat (capacitive sensors) in seats.
