HiSilicon Kirin 9010 Powers the Huawei Pura 70 Ultra
Huawei has released their Pura 70 Ultra smartphone featuring the HiSilicon Kirin 9010 processor. The TechInsights team has been busy tearing down and undertaking the technical analysis to confirm the components of the device. As we dive deeper into the processor of the Pura 70 Ultra, we have identified that the markings on the Kirin 9010 processor package are technically new but remarkably similar to those we documented on the HiSilicon Kirin 9000, the HiSilicon Kirin 9000s, and the HiSilicon Kirin 9006C.
Following our detailed technical analysis, the TechInsights team can confirm with high confidence that the HiSilicon Kirin 9010 system-on-chip (SoC) is manufactured using SMIC’s 7nm N+2 process node.
