Released in May 2023, the Oppo F23 5G (CPH2527) has been equipped with Qualcomm’s Octa-Core Snapdragon 695 Applications/Baseband Processor #SM6375-100-AB, made in 5nm technology. Memory was provided by Samsung and contains 8 GB Mobile LPDDR4X SDRAM and 256 GB 3D TLC V-NAND Flash.
On the back panel, the phone has three Cameras: 64 MP Wide-Angle Main Camera, 2 MP Depth Camera, and 2 MP Macro Rear Camera. The Front Camera is a Wide-Angle 32 MP Camera.
The phone has a single-cell battery with a capacity of 4880mAh. It was equipped with a 67 W SUPERVOOC charger.
The Oppo F23 5G has a large LCD display, made with IPS technology which helps to keep its production cost low. The refresh rate of the display is adaptable and can reach up to 120 Hz.
Most of the IC cost was spent on the applications/baseband processor and the RF design.
The operating system used is Android 13. Bluetooth version is 5.1.
