Samsung's global smartphone shipments in the first quarter of 2025 rose by 1% year-over-year (YoY) to 60.6 million units. Along with a 6% higher YoY average selling price (ASP) at KRW 473.4K (USD 326), Samsung's smartphone wholesale revenue improved 7% YoY to KRW 28.7T (USD 19.8B). A greater mix of premium models enhanced Samsung smartphone profits by double digits, leading to a double-digit operating margin this quarter.
