The Nordic TMRC83 die was found inside Nordic nRF54L15 Bluetooth 5.4 System-on-Chip (SoC). The nRF54L15 was extracted from the Fanstel EV-BM15 evaluation board with BM15M nRF54L15 Bluetooth 5.4 module.
The nRF54L15 Bluetooth 5.4 SoC is the first SoC in the nRF54L series. It is an ultra-low power Bluetooth 5.4 SoC with a new best-in-class multiprotocol radio (with up to 8 dBm Tx and -98 dBm RX sensitivity for 1 Mbps Bluetooth Low Energy) and advanced security features (secure boot, secure firmware update, secure storage, and protection against physical attacks). It has a 128 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 processor, 1.5 MB non-volatile memory (NVM), and 256 KB RAM.
