Texas Instruments TMP108 Digital Temperature Sensor is included in SSDs to track operating temperatures and guarantees consistent performance in various scenarios.

The Crucial T705 2TB SSD with heatsink was released on March 12, 2024. It benefits from high-end construction, advanced thermal management, and a high-speed interface. The SSD, assembled in Mexico, is equipped with an aluminum and copper heatsink with a modern design that ensures efficient heat dissipation for performance and longevity. It also features five thermal pads on both sides of the main board, improving thermal conductivity, and optimal operating temperatures. Its NVMe 2.0 (2280) form factor standard and PCIe-Express Gen 5.0 x4 interface guarantees compatibility with various motherboards and systems.
