The OmniVision OV50H CMOS image sensor (CIS) was extracted from the Xiaomi 14 Pro rear camera, which offers high-quality imaging and superior autofocus for rear camera applications for smartphones. The OmniVision OV50H is built on OmviVision’s PureCel®Plus-S stacked back-illuminated (BI) CMOS quad phase detection (QPD) autofocus technology, with 1/1.3” optical format, 50 MP resolution, 1.2 µm pixel pitch, four-shared pixel architecture and a dual conversion gain (DCG).
