Most of the main SoC in the Samsung Galaxy A15 4G are from Mediatek. In the comparison of the Samsung Galaxy A14 4G it has Octa-Core Helio G99 Applications/Baseband Processor (MT6789V-CD), Power Management (MT6366MW), and RF Transceiver (MT6186MV) chips. The Samsung Galaxy A15 4G has several design solutions that are different from the previous model. First is a new processor from Mediatek. The Samsung A14 4G features Mediatek’s MT6769 Helio G80 (12 nm) Octa-Core Processor while the Samsung A15 4G has Mediatek’s Helio G99 (6 nm) Octa-Core Processor. Secondary, the new model has a Super AMOLED panel from Samsung (AMS645FW01, 90 Hz). Samsung Galaxy A14 5G has PLS LCD. There is also a difference in wired charging. The previous model has 15W, new model has 25W. The Samsung Galaxy A15 4G SM-A155M saved cost on the Application/Baseband processor, using the MediaTek Helio G99, which is over $58 less than other application/baseband processors on average. The phone does not have 5G or MIMO WiFi.
