The Huawei Mate 60 Pro is powered by Octa-Core HiSilicon Kirin 9000S Octa-Core Applications/Baseband Processor. For more information about the processor please look at the Digital Floorplan Analysis (DFR-2309-801) report. As per the TechInsights RF team’s test, the Huawei Mate 60 Pro is 5G capable (see ‘Inside Huawei’s Mate 60 Pro Phone..’), but does not appear to handle the latest 3GPP Release 17 specifications. It is important to note, Huawei did not mention 5G cellular support during their launch event. It is possible the Mate 60 Pro may only support 5G cellular bands within China. The Huawei Mate 60 Pro has a120 Hz AMOLED display. The display technology is very similar to the Samsung Y-OCTA. The weight of the display is 44.96 grams which is about 16 grams heavier than in Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 23.20 grams. The device is designed with a vapor chamber that is slightly bigger compared to other similar devices. The cost of this part is around $18.
