The Vivo Y27 features a Tianma display, which is an LCD display known for its competitive price compared to other types of displays on the market. The smartphone is based on MediaTek’s Helio G85 octa-core applications and baseband processor. It is a 64-bit processor based on two Cortex-A75 cores and six Cortex-A55 cores. The chipset is made in 12 nm technology. The processor was released in May 2020. MediaTek has the overall design wins for the Vivo Y27, providing the applications/baseband processor, power management/audio codec, RF transceiver, and Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/GPS/FM Radio chip. Other RF components were represented by Maxscend.
