From the Windows 10 commercial refresh to historic demand due to COVID work and school restrictions, the Notebook PC installed base has grown 29% in the last four years. As the last COVID restrictions lift and the world grapples with economic volatility, consumers, enterprises, and educational institutions alike are spending less on notebook PCs. Beyond questions about when economic recovery occurs, the industry is anxiously looking for signs of how user behaviors/needs will change post-pandemic.
