The Handset Cost Model is a budgeting tool that is used to estimate a product unit cost based on the product's feature set. The feature set will include where it is in product development, targets for launch half/year, volume, ASP, 4G or 5G, displays, cameras, SoC chipsets and many other options. The tool allows the user to determine a device feature set, evaluate the business case and make adjustments to the features to achieve the user's business case goals. Updates include: Five new 5G Integrated SoC, Four new displays, One new Wifi 7 IC, One new Camera, One new memory configuration.
