Insight: Arm Introduces Zena CSS for AI-defined Vehicles

Discover Arm’s Zena CSS—a pre-integrated compute platform designed to accelerate vehicle development with advanced safety, cybersecurity, and scalable performance for ADAS and IVI applications.

Arm is introducing Zena CSS to help shift left vehicle development by providing a standardized, pre-integrated compute platform suitable for ADAS and IVI applications. This platform also incorporates an ASIL-D rated safety island, cybersecurity, and chip-to-chip connectivity. It supports scaling capabilities based on requirements, including the ability to easily integrate accelerators to meet workload demands.

Arm is presenting Zena CSS to expedite vehicle development, fulfill silicon requirements, and accelerate related software development through a cloud-based virtual platform that utilizes support from AWS, Cadence, Siemens, and Synopsys. Collectively, Arm anticipates this will enable the transition to "AI-defined" vehicles and underpin the automotive industry's future.
