Narrative: Apple Watch by Model Q3 2024

TechInsights’ Wearable Device Ecosystem (WDE) end market analysis research channel estimates that Apple captured the number 1 smartwatch market share position in Q3 2024, owning just under half the entire global smartwatch market. Apple Watch shipment volumes shrunk by 4% YoY in Q3 2024 largely due to an unfavorable YoY comparison. While the Apple Watch Series 10 was released during the quarter, the Apple Watch Ultra and Apple Watch SE lines were both not updated in the Q3 launch this year.
