Design wins for the Sennheiser True Wireless 2 M3IETW2 are shared by several suppliers. In each earbud, there is a Qualcomm QCC5121 Bluetooth 5.1/Audio SoC, 16 MB GigaDeviceGD25LQ128D serial NOR Flash Memory, an Ambient Light/Proximity Sensor from Dyna Image, a Capacitive Proximity Controller from Semtech, and MEMS microphones provided by Knowles. The charging case is based on a microcontroller supplied by STMicroelectronics. Texas Instruments sourced the BQ21040 batterycharger. The manufacturer with the main cost is Qualcomm. It supplied the 2x Bluetooth 5.1/Audio SoC.Qualcomm supplied a total of two chips for this device. Each earbud contains one Bluetooth antenna, connected to the QCC5121 through the band pass filter. The Sennheiser True Wireless 2 M3IETW2 headphones feature an almost identical set of ICs in the left and right earbuds. Two 3.7 V, 55 mAh Lithium-ion batteries power the earbuds (one in each), providing up to seven hours of playback on a single charge.
