The 32 MP front camera on the Xiaomi 14 23127PN0CC uses an OmniVision’s image sensor. Three back cameras are also included. The primary 50 MP wide-angle has an integrated OIS and AF module and a OmniVision image sensor. The 50 MP telephoto camera has an integrated OIS and AF module and uses Samsung image sensor. The last rear camera is an ultra-wide-angle 50 MP camera with Samsung image sensor. This smartphone contains two color ambient light and proximity sensors situated under the screen and at the back next to the rear cameras, as well as an optical fingerprint sensor embedded beneath the screen, a compass, an accelerometer, and a gyroscope. Samsung offered a 6.36" OLED screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate.
The Xiaomi 14's battery has a capacity of 4610 mAh, and a Xiaomi Surge P2 battery charger controller was used for quick charging. It supports charging at up to 90 W and wireless charging at up to 50 W. Compared to the Xiaomi 13 2211133C, the Xiaomi 14 23127PN0CC uses Surge P2 battery charge controller instead of a Surge P1. Compared to the Xiaomi 13, the Xiaomi 14 featured a battery with 4610 mAh compared to 4490 mAh, 50 MP ultra-wide-angle camera instead of a 12 MP, and 50 MP Telephoto Rear Camera instead of a 10 MP. The device's back cover was constructed of tempered glass, while its main frame was composed of aluminum and plastic. Likewise, the main enclosures in the Xiaomi 13 were fabricated from the same materials.
