Design Wins were divided between several manufacturers. The main microcontroller #UPD70F3336 came from Renesas. The #DSP56371 is a high density 24-bit digital signal processor provided by NXP Semiconductors. NXP Semiconductors also provided a CAN transceiver (# TJA1043). Mopar is a high-class audio system. This system is available in the Jeep Compass. Communication between the audio amplifier and the audio components in the car takes place via a single connector. The main housing into which the PCB is inserted, is cast aluminum, and serves as both protection and a heat sink. It absorbs heat from vertically mounted audio amplifiers and dissipates it into the surroundings.
