The Apple iPhone 15 Pro device is one out of four flagship phones introduced by Apple in 2023. They were unveiled on September 12, 2023, and became available in the market on September 22, 2023. The Model A3102 is for the European market. Compared to the previous iteration, the iPhone 14 Pro, the iPhone 15 Pro showcases several notable innovations:
- Adoption of USB Type-C 3.0 in place of the Lightning Connector
- The transition from Stainless Steel to Titanium resulted in a lighter weight - the iPhone 15 Pro weighs 187.1 g, while its predecessor, the iPhone 14 Pro, weighed 205 g
- Introduction of an action button replacing the ring/silent mode switch, which can be customized for various functions (silent mode, focus, camera, flashlight, voice memo, magnifier, shortcut, accessibility, or no action)
The iPhone 15 Pro features a 3274 mAh battery capacity, which is only a slight increase from the 3200 mAh capacity of the iPhone 14 Pro. Furthermore, the display resolution remains unchanged, measuring 6.1 inches, and both models source their displays from Samsung.
