This database covers the key companies, government bodies and cities which are trialing autonomous vehicle technologies and infrastructures for further research and development. TechInsights expects to see fully autonomous and remotely operated electric driverless shuttles (pods) being deployed in the beginning, followed by the deployment of full scale autonomous buses. In this update, TechInsights sees more autonomous driving and robotaxi ridehailing operations created or expanded in the US, Korea and China, future trials and deployments of last mile delivery robots aimed for Europe as well as the update of certain trials that have ceased operations. The database will be updated quarterly.
