Japan handset shipments increased significantly by 18% annually in Q2 2025. Apple, as usual, captured top positions through all four major local operators including Rakuten Mobile. Google Pixel and Samsung Galaxy products followed Apple iPhones, by shipments, in Japanese handset market.
