Global wearable shipments declined by 1% in 2024 and are forecasted to rebound to grow by 2.1% in 2025, after declining by 5% in 2023 and before that declining by 6% in 2022. Despite tariff uncertainty, which catalyzed a downgrade of this forecast iteration, we continue to forecast growth for full year 2025. Apple, Huawei, and Samsung will remain the market leaders in the global total wearables market. In addition to total wearables, device type breakouts for smartwatches and fitness bands are included.
