As per the smartphone research from TechInsights, Asia Pacific (APAC) smartphone market shipments grew 8% YoY but declined 7% QoQ in Q1 2024. The factors for the annual YoY growth are the improved market situation, normalized inventory variance, triple digit annual growth performance of several Chinese brands like Huawei, Motorola, Infinix, etc. The sequential decline was due to seasonality.
