Cloud providers need to purchase about 1 million processors per quarter in the coming year, and this number is expected to rise to 1.8 million each quarter by 2028. Total utilized CPU and GPUs in Cloud will be growing annually by 47%, which reflects on the demand for cloud-run applications, accelerated by data-intensive processes and generative AI. An additional 244,000 accelerators will be needed each quarter to meet demand for cloud-based AI.
