ANALYSIS: Global 5G and LTE Handset Revenue and ASP by Vendor: Q1 2023

Global 5G handset industry revenues and shipments stagnated in Q1 2023. Apple remains as the leader of 5G shipments and revenues, but Samsung is growing fast behind Apple. Samsung is world’s second largest 5G vendor in shipments and revenues. Samsung is the biggest in LTE shipments and revenues with 1/4 share in both technologies. ASPs in both 5G and 4G keep declining. Apple leads the 5G ASP ranking whereas Samsung is top vendor in 4G ASP ranking.
