The 32 MP front camera on the Xiaomi 13 2211133C uses an OmniVisionOV32C image sensor. Three back cameras are also included. The primary 50 MP wide-angle has an integrated OIS and AF module and a Sony IMX800 image sensor. The same AF module is in the 10 MP telephoto camera as well as Samsung’s S5K3K1 image sensor. The last rear camera is an OmniVisionOV13B10 ultra-wide-angle 12 MP camera. This smartphone contains two color, ambient light, and proximity sensors situated under the screen and at the back next to the rear cameras, as well as an optical fingerprint sensor embedded beneath the screen, a compass, an accelerometer, and a gyroscope. Samsung offered a 6.4" AMOLED screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The Xiaomi 13's battery has a capacity of 4500 mAh, and a Xiaomi Surge P1 battery charger controller was used for quick charging. It supports wireless charging at up to 50 W and rapid charging at up to 65 W. Both the Xiaomi 12 Pro 2201122C and Xiaomi 12S Ultra 2203121C use the same chip. The Qualcomm SMB1396-002-00 battery charger, which supports quick charge 3+ technology, was used previously (Xiaomi 12 2201123C). The device's back cover was constructed of tempered glass, while its main frame was composed of aluminum and plastic. Likewise, the main enclosures in the Xiaomi 12 were fabricated from the same materials. Moreover, graphite sheets and a vapor chamber installed underneath the display were used for a cooling system. Compared to the Xiaomi 12, its predecessor featured a smaller battery (4400 mAhcompared to 4500 mAh) and a 5 MP macro rear camera instead of a 10 MP telephoto.
