Released in October 2022, the Vivo IQOO Neo7 has been equipped with a new generation processor –the MediaTek Dimensity9000+ (4nm technology) providing the efficient operation of this device. In comparison to the 9000 version, it has a 5% increase of CPU power and a 10 % increase of GPU power.
Moreover, the Neo7 model received a larger 120 Hz AMOLED display, with a screen diagonal of 6.78 inches and a resolution of FHD+ (1080 ×2400 pixels).
The Neo7 also has as much as 512 GB of UFS 3.1 NAND Flash memory and 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, with the possibility of increasing by an additional 4 GB of virtual RAM.
The back panel of the device is equipped with a triple camera. The main camera received a 50 MP matrix and the OIS function. There is also an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2 MP telephoto lens. In the front, a 16 MP selfie shooter. The operating system used is Android 13 with the OriginOSOcean UI interface.
The phone is also equipped with dual-cell battery. There is no wireless charging. Battery capacity is 2500mAh for each cell. It supports fast solution with a power of 120 W. Fast charging solution of the Vivo IQOO Neo7 was provided for the 2-cell battery using two of SOUTHCHIP’s 2-Cell 8 A Switched Capacitor Chargers #SC8571 and MPS’s Boost Charger IC #MP2762A.
