Unknown Manufacturer S111131C 2+66 Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) Filter Process Analysis

This report contains the results of the process analysis of the unknown manufacturer surface acoustic wave resonator (SAW) filter die S111131C 2+66 from the S111131C RF front-end (RFFE) module. The S111131C RFFE module comes in a multi die, 81 pin landed grid array (LGA) package. This module was removed from the Huawei Mate 60 Pro ALN-AL00 5G smartphone.
The S111131C RFFE module is a low noise amplifier (LNA)/RF switch module with integrated filters. The multi-die module contains an LNA/RF switch die and nine surface acoustic wave (SAW) filter dies. A total of 25 surface mounted passive devices are also identifiable from the X-ray.
