This device essentials folder (DEF) presents the Sony IMX623, 1/2.42” Format, 2.95 MP, 3.0 µm Pixel Pitch, Stacked Back-Illuminated (Exmor RS) Split Pixel Technology HDR and LFM CMOS Image Sensor for Automotive Applications. The CIS features LED flicker mitigation (LFM) and high dynamic range (HDR), on a Sony fabricated 90 nm process generation CIS, and a TSMC fabricated 40 nm process generation ISP.
