The HG11-13972-2 RF transceiver die from the Qualcomm SDR875-004 RF transceiver was removed from the Samsung S24 Ultra 5G smartphone (SM-S928W). The complete RFP deliverable includes the analyst summary document which lists the critical device metrics, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) based energy dispersive X-Ray spectroscopy (SEM-EDS) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) based electron energy loss spectroscopy (TEM-EELS) of transistor structures and salient features supported by images.
