Driven by the comeback in 5G sector and eased supply constraints, Huawei’s global smartphone shipments expanded 49% year-over-year (YoY) to 11.6 million units and its average selling price (ASP) and wholesale revenue reached highest-ever in Q2 2024. Though Huawei’s volume and revenue largely came from domestic market this quarter, the Chinese brand was eyeing Apple and Samsung’s shares in the premium segment and introduced its latest flagship Pura 70 to the overseas consumers.
