TheOmniVision OV50H is a color, 50 MP, stacked back-illuminated (BI) CMOS image sensor (CIS) with a 1/3-inch optical format and 1.2 µm pixel pitch, designed for high-end mobile rear-facing camera applications. This report provides a detailed analysis into the structure of the OmniVision OV50H CIS.
