The Indian smartphone market declined by -4% YoY in Q1 2025. Vivo, Samsung, and OPPO were the top three vendors by shipments, and together, they accounted for over half the volume share. 5G capable devices now dominate the Indian market. Domestic manufacturing got a boost with the tariff announcements from the US administration.
