In July, the Microprocessor Report team examined AMD's latest Instinct MI350 datacenter GPUs, explored TSMC's Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) technology, along with smartphone SoCs from Samsung (Exynos 2500) and MediaTek.

In July, the Microprocessor Report team examined AMD's latest Instinct MI350 datacenter GPUs—specifically the MI350X and MI355X—and explored TSMC's Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) technology as implemented by NVIDIA's newest datacenter switches. Our coverage also included smartphone SoCs from Samsung (Exynos 2500) and MediaTek, highlighting both the flagship Dimensity 9400+ and the sub-flagship 9400e. Additionally, we reviewed Orange Pi's upcoming Nova single-board computer (SBC) powered by Loongson's 2K3000 SoC. In total, we cataloged 53 device launches and identified two new IPs during the month.
