As a result of lower vehicle production, revenues for Tier 1 suppliers are under pressure. With a challenging economic environment, Tier 1 suppliers do not have resources to open more technical centers. However, of the new technical centers opening in H2 2024, they involve the development of “CASE” – Connected vehicle, Autonomous driving and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), Shared mobility services, and Electrification.
