Handset Vendor Market Share for 60 Countries: Q1 2025

Global handset shipments fell -1.5% YoY in Q1 2025. Apple, Samsung, and Xiaomi led in 60 key markets that made up 86% of global volumes.

Global handset shipments declined by -1.5% YoY in Q1 2025. The "Sixty" counties tracked in this report accounted for 86% of the global handset volumes in the quarter. Apple, Samsung and Xiaomi were the top three vendors by consolidated shipments to these markets. While Apple led in 15 markets, Samsung led in 27 of them. Share of local vendors in the consolidated volumes remained in single digits. The 60 country markets tracked include: Argentina, Algeria, Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Denmark, Ecuador, Egypt, Finland, France, Ghana, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, India, Iran, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Myanmar, Netherlands, Nigeria, Norway, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sudan, Switzerland, Sweden, Singapore, Taiwan, Tanzania, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, UK, Ukraine, United States, Uzbekistan, Venezuela and Vietnam.
