Global Smartwatch Vendor and OS Value Share by Price-Tier Q2 2025

Global smartwatch revenues rose by 3.4% YoY in Q2 2025, as shipment growth outpaced a slight ASP downtick. Apple is the dominant player in terms of smartwatch revenue share, capturing more than 50% of global smartwatch revenues during the quarter and securing the number one spot in the mid, high, and premium tier price bands. While global smartwatch revenue growth is still expected for 2025, we have downgraded our growth forecast due to the economic and geopolitical headwinds resulting from the ongoing trade wars and their anticipated impact on US GDP and consumer discretionary spending. Having met with limited success in ultra high-end smartwatches, vendors are focused on the sub-US$500 (wholesale) segment. Our extensive report tracks global smartwatch revenues, prices, and price bands for all leading vendors by quarter from 2013 to 2025.
