Global Fitness Band Sales Forecast for 88 Countries 2012 to 2030

Stay ahead: Fitness band sales will dip 3% in 2026 before stabilizing by 2030, with North America and Western Europe declining more slowly. Forecast spans 88 countries through 2030.

We expect global fitness band sales to decrease by 3.0% to 13.8 million units in 2026 and further by 1.0% to 13.6 million units in 2027. Following this period of decline is relative stabilization from 2028 (0.5% decline) through 2030 (0.1% decline) globally. The years 2026–2028 will see modest or at least non-negative growth in Central and Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe, and Middle East and Africa. We have slightly increased the forecast from the previous iteration across all regions due to better actual sales performance in the full year 2024 as well as the first quarter of 2025.

The price tier mix is trending toward the higher end, and therefore North America and Western Europe are declining more slowly than the other regions, even showing modest growth from 2027 through 2030.
