The Meridian 96370-CV100 is a high-end audio 11 Cannel Amplifier that was designed Meridian Audio. This system is available in the KIA EV6. Communication between the audio amplifier and the audio elements in the car happens through one main connector. Part of the top aluminum enclosure is the radiator. The radiator spreads out heat from audio amplifiers and power management IC. Design Wins were divided between several manufacturers. The main microcontroller came from NXP Semiconductors, from the S32K1 family of 32-bit microcontrollers (MCU). The S32K148 was designed for automotive. It features an internal speed of 256 KB FlexRAM memory and 2 MB Flash. Top Enclosure is made of Aluminum cast (450g), which functions as a chassis and Heat sink. NXP delivered Automotive 32-bit MCU, 2 x Audio Power Amplifier 4 x 140W, Analog Devices delivered Audio Processor, 2 x SHARC Audio Processor, ST Microelectronics delivered Audio Power Amplifier 4 x 27 W.
