Smartphone shipments in Canada grew by 1% in Q4 2023 compared to the year-ago quarter, with two of the five leading vendors seeing shipments improving year-on-year. Canada is a mature market in which replacement sales make up most smartphone volumes, limiting growth. Nonetheless, Canadian consumers are once again upgrading their smartphones.
