This report presents a Basic Floorplan Analysis of the Apple TMPB06 die found inside the Apple APL109A power management IC (PMIC) component. The Apple APL109A component was extracted from the model A3212 Apple iPhone 16e smartphone. The APL109A has also been found in earlier generations of iPhone, such as iPhone 14 Pro Max.
