Lenovo-Motorola shipped 15.4 million smartphones globally, for a market share of 5%, in Q3 2024. It grew a strong 26% YoY in the quarter, upshifting from eighth rank in Q2 2024 to seventh rank in Q3 2024. The company grew very strongly in the Indian smartphone market, and as a result, Asia Pacific’s Motorola shipment surpassed North America in the quarter, for the first time since 2018.
