According to TechInsights' annual assessment of vendor market share, Infineon firmly maintained its lead in the 2024 automotive power semiconductor supplier rankings. It held a strong 9-percentage-point lead over STMicroelectronics, which in turn had roughly twice the revenue of third-place Texas Instruments. onsemi and Bosch followed in fourth and fifth positions, respectively, with only slight revenue differences between them.
