ADAS Semiconductor Demand Forecast - May 2023

This update sees small changes to the underlying vehicle production forecast - which are slightly negative in the medium to long-term. However, there is boost in ADAS system-level demand, primarily due to increased assumptions for ADAS Domain Controller uptake. This has led to a substantial increase in the forecast of ADAS semiconductor demand, which is up by 23% by 2029. The compound average annual growth rate for global ADAS semiconductor dollar demand over 2022 to 2027 is expected to be 26%, with most of this growth coming from content-per-vehicle increases.
